Shipping Information
All orders will be processed and will ususally be shipped within 3 days. You will be informed if the product you purchased is out of stock. There is no definite shipping date for backordered items. We will ship out the delayed shipments as soon as the products become available again.
Domestic Customers:
We offer FLAT RATE $5.99 shipping for the first 7 books or DVDs you purchase, and free shipping for 8 or more books within the US! So, no matter how many books you purchase, your shipping cost would not pass $5.99! Buy more, save more!
For other general products, we are currently using USPS and UPS for all of our domestic shipments. FLAT RATE $5.99 SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GENERAL PRODUCTS. All shipments would be shipped via either one of the shipping method based on the most suitable rate. Both UPS Ground and USPS Priority service usually take around 3-5 days to arrive, and Express Mail takes around 1-2 days. All customers within the US would be provided with tracking information. Please inform us if you would like to add insurance for your shipping. ($2.00 extra per order).
International Customers:
We are offering cheap regular Airmail shipping solution for our customers outside of US. Shipments shipped via regular Airmail generally take around 10-14 days to arrive. However, tracking information and insurance would not be available. For faster and more secure shipping service, we recommand Register Mail (5-10 days shipping with signature and $40.00 insurance), or EMS (3-5 days) with tracking and insurance included.
Shipping Adjustments:
Some of our customers had trouble choosing the right shipping methods for their purchases. Please note free shipping is not available for international customers, and flat rate shipping/free shipping options are ONLY available with DVD or Book purchases. Shipping fee adjustment will be made without further notice.
