No matter how hard we inspect our products before we ship them out, we understand somtimes your merchandise would arrive broken because the mail man hates you. Even though we would like to accept all the returns from our customers, there are a few guidlines we follow before we agree to take our merchandises back.
1) We are not responsible for lost or damaged outbound (international) packages shipped by regular Airmail. We would take returns or provide refunds for damaged/lost goods ONLY if the particular package is shipped via Register Mail or EMS.
2) All products' defects and damages need to be reported within a week after your package's arrival. We will not take the responsibility for any damaged products reported after then.
3) All damaged goods need to be inspected by its shipping service provider. Refund or exchange is only available if the damage was caused by shipping.
4) Return claims need to be made within 3 days after receiving the package. Buyer will be responsible for 20% restocking fee and to ship the merchandise back to us without damage. Once we received the package and after inspection , we will refund you for the merchandise.
