This page has been made with actual questions that have been asked by our customers from one time or another. Please feel free to ask any questions that were not covered on this page to help clear up any misconceptions.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we combine shipping for our customers who made multiple purchases.
Q: Do you have any type of special deals on shipping other than combine shipping?
A: Yes, We offer a FLAT SHIPPING COST of $5.99 if you purchase at least 7 books, or FREE SHIPPING for 8 or more books for domestic customers.
Q: I wanted to pre-order multiple items that have different release dates in the same order. How will the items be shipped?
A: It depends on exactly how far apart the release dates are. If we consider it to be too big of a gap to hold we'll be shipping out the 1st item that arrives, then the second. Note that this will affect the shipping cost.

Q: If I pre-order multiple items with relatively the same release date in the same order, will the items be shipped together?
A: Yes, the items will be shipped together.
Q: If I pre-order multiple items with relatively the same release date, but in different orders, will the items also be shipped together?
A: Yes.
Q: If I order it today (pre-order that is) via Credit Card, am I billed now? or when it ships? or when?
A: We will only charge when we get the item(s) in-stock and are ready to ship (unless otherwise specified by the customer).
** Please note that credit card companies put money aside for us to charge (because we do not charge until we ship, the money will return back to you in a few days). **
Q: If I place a pre-order via PayPal, am I billed right away? or when the item comes?
A: For Paypal customers, we have no option to "delay" the acceptance of a PayPal payment. For this reason, we will have to accept the payment as soon as it comes. If we can confirm the fact that we will not be able to fulfill your order, or you decide to cancel the order, we will refund immediately.
Q. I noticed that other sites 'claim' to have earlier release dates, though they also push back dates a lot. Do you guys have pretty reliable release dates?
A: Our pre-order arrival dates are a bit sketchy, which is why if you look closely it says "estimated", but in most cases they arrive about 1 - 2 weeks either ahead or behind schedule if they are not on time. The only time when our estimated arrival dates are completely off is because of problems with our country's customs. Situations like how the customs inspect our packages which puts them on hold or they send them back which then has to be reshipped back to us (for reasons we do not even know). We always try to estimate exactly when the item(s) will arrive, but like the examples that were previously stated, things can happen.
Q: How guaranteed am I to get my pre-order item? I generally tend to order early enough, but a site that I ordered from only got a 'few' in even though I pre-ordered weeks in advance which resulted in my cancellation. Do you guarantee to ship all pre-orders?
A: Because we submit orders to our suppliers based on the orders we get for the item(s), we should not have a problem with our stock (only time this occurs is for people who place orders past the deadline date). The only time we can guarantee the arrival of pre-order item(s) is when the order is placed at least a few days before the pre-order deadline (it takes some time for us to place the order to our suppliers because we tend to not stock on item(s)). The only reason why we would have to cancel, even if the customer has done all the necessary things like following our pre-order deadlines ect., is when something out of our control occurs to either our shipment or problems occur with our suppliers.
Q: What kind of cancellation policy do you have if I pre-order an item, but want to cancel before it ships?
A: We have no problems with canceling orders before we ship as long as the cancellation notification is at most two weeks after the initial purchase.
**For PayPal customers, we will refund immediately upon the cancellation request.**
Q: My package has not arrived yet. What do I do?
A: Domestic Customers: Please track your package(s) with the tracking number we provided you. If the package was sent by USPS, please track it on the USPS Website. If by UPS, track it on the UPS Website. If a problem still occurs with your package either missing or some catastrophic event happened to the package, please contact us and we will do our best to try to solve the problem.
International Customers: If you did not request shipping service by EMS, you will not get a tracking number. Shipping confirmation would be available upon request. International shipments usually take 10 to 14 days to arrive, and often delayed. There has also been cases where your country's customs might hold the package, or local post office might have the package, so please check the local post office if you package has not arrived. Please be patient and contact us if your package has not arrived by the 3rd week from when we shipped.
Q: Do you accept Paypal payment?

Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes! All of our products are officially licensed. We import most of our products directly from Japan to keep our selections unique. We know customers are tired to see the same things over and over again in most of the Anime related online stores. So are we! We know what you are looking for because we love these products ourselves as much as you do!
