Q: I am a winner! How do I redeem the prize?
A: The winners need to contact us via email or phone within two weeks after the announcement. The unclaimed winning numbers might be void after two weeks without further notice. We might request the winners to pay for the shipping charge of the prizes.
Q: My package hasnt arrived yet. What do I do?
A: Domestic Customers: Please track your package(s) with the tracking number we provided you. If the package was sent by USPS, please track it on the USPS Website. If by UPS, track it on the UPS Website. If you did not get a tracking number from us, most likely your item is on backorder. We will inform you when the product becomes available again. If that still hasnt solved your problem, please contact us.
International Customers: If you did not request shipping service by EMS, you would not get a tracking number. Shipping confirmation would be available upon request. International shipments usually take 10 E14 days to arrive, and often delayed. Please be patient and contact us in 3 weeks if your package hasnt arrived by then.
