Q: When would my package be shipped? A: Most shipments will be processed and shipped within three days from the payment date. We keep a large inventory for our eBay's listings. However, there will be times when we cannot fulfill a few orders on time. Full refund will be granted if we cannot provide your stock.
Q: How come I haven't recieved my item? A: Different reasons for unrecieved packages: 1) Package is lost during transit. After the packages were sent to the post office, we would have no control over the shipments. Refund/exchange is only available to the customers who purchased insurance. 2) The product is damaged. We examine our packages before they are shipped. If we find any defect on your product, we will hold on to your shipment until we have a replacement. 3) The product is a pre-order item. We beg all of our customers to PLEASE read the descriptions on the eBay listings carefully. If the product is marked as a pre-order item, it would not be shipped until its street/arrival date. 4) The package has been returned back to our office by the postal service. 5) The product is not available. Refund or exchange will be granted.
Q: Why is the product I ordered unavailable? A: We are a retail business, and we take our eBay business seriousely. We have thousands of products in stock, and we constantly restock our products which are temporary on backorder. We keep our listings active as long as possible, as long as they are restockable. As a Powerseller, we try our very best to fill all the orders and requests. However, it is impossible for us, or any retail business to fulfill orders 100%. We promise your refund if we cannot fulfill any of your order.
